Individual and Group Sessions
Journeys into the Sacred Temple of the Heart are either group or private sessions. We meet weekly and create a momentum to illuminate aspects in your life which you desire to change. To change our reality, we need to shift our energy. By becoming aware of prominent frequencies that create suffering in your reality, it's possible to quantumly shift the frequency. When we take responsibility for our energy, we can create a permanent change. This all begins with the awareness of what needs to shift. Together with the Ascended Masters, we can identify and clarify the frequencies that need shifting to heal wounds of separation, unworthiness, and resentment.
The 6 initial chambers in the Sacred Temple of the Heart will activate the physical body and the frequencies of:

After being activated into the initial chambers, the Sacred Temple of the Heart Journey continues and goes much deeper.
