Our Inner World

As we journey into the Sacred Temple of the Heart and begin to live a heart-centered life, we become more sensitive to the energy we feel inside. We stop, notice, and really listen to what is within our body's Temple. Our Temple includes all four of our "lower" bodies, the physical, emotional, mental, and etheric bodies.

As we still the mind and become present in the moment, we can take note of what is showing up inside. Are we feeling emotions of anxiety, uneasiness stress, or is there a sense of peace & joy?

Tuning into our inner world, we may realize that some of these feelings are actually negative and not an expression of the Divine Essence that we truly are. This awareness is the first step. Once we actually acknowledge our feelings, we can make a conscious choice to release these negative feelings and escort them out of our Sacred Temple of the Heart through the process of alchemy.

As we let go of attachments to these lower frequencies, we make space in our heart to attune to the higher frequencies of joy, love, and peace.

The Gift of Awareness
The awareness of the first chamber in the Sacred Temple of the Heart illuminates fears, doubts, anger, resentment, and insecurities that we have been holding onto. Some of these may be very easy to identify. However, as we continue to go deeper and deeper into our heart portal, some of our fears and limitations may be veiled and deeply buried. This is where the blessing of a mirror becomes an essential tool.

What Mirrors reflect

Mirrors reflect from the outside what we are not seeing inside ourselves.

For example, a boss who micro-manages you and drives you crazy can help us examine how the ego is controlling and manipulating our path.

A child who is rebellious and won’t respect your guidelines/rules can help us see how we are being disobedient and defiant of our Creator’s desire and vision for our life.

A partner who is never present with you when they are in your company can highlight how we are ignoring and neglecting our Divine Presence within.

And a parent who rarely has anything positive to say to you and is constantly criticizing your life can reflect deep wounding which prevents us from embodying Self-worth and devotional love for our Divine Self.

Most of us have plenty of mirrors in our life which we actually complain about and think that “they” need to change to make us happy. We ask ourselves why this is happening.

Creation begins within the energetic field of our bodies.

It can be very challenging to accept that all these mirrors have been created by the Higher Self to show us what is within the vessel of our Sacred Temple. “All the answers lie within” and if we allow the Sacred Heart to guide us, it will show us what needs healing.
